Written content such as blog posts, social media captions and website copy can all be created by us! We know what language delivers results and will produce copy that converts customers.

It's likely that we will need you to provide your best images and/or video for us to get started with. However, we can also help with sourcing UGC, top quality stock content and even take photos of your product/business ourselves where possible!

Once subscribed, we'll collaborate on your marketing plan and a set level per month that matches your marketing goals.

You're able to add as many marketing requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one as quickly as possible.

In short, as soon as possible. We'll follow a predetermined content distribution schedule and make adjustments whenever you need to.

For example, you may decide on one social media post per day, 1 blog post every other week and 1 email campaign per month. Next month you might want to scale back your blog but double your social media output.

We'll be here to help you define your goals and review results each month.

More complex content may require additional research and writing time.

Right now, we are an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, Josh, founder of Marketing & Chill.

We understand you may not have enough marketing work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two content requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a calendar month period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

If you prefer to do the posting, we can provide content for you in the program you're most familar with e.g. Google Docs

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request content.

Some common ways clients request content is directly via email, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out).

We'll take onboard your goals and make sure your marketing is heading in the right direction.

A good marketing strategy doesn't have an end date! We can continue scaling your business for as long as you need us to.

But, we understand if you ever want to cancel your subscription. You'll retain everything that was designed, built or written for you!
